Labour & Employment Law — Tasabeeh Adams Group

Our approach

How we protect your employment rights.

Employment disputes in the UAE are governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and its implementing regulations, which replaced the older Labour Law and introduced significant protections for workers. We represent both employees and employers in disputes spanning unpaid salaries, end-of-service gratuity calculations, wrongful termination, travel ban removals filed by employers, annual leave entitlements, and repatriation obligations. For workers affected by employer insolvency or absconding employers, we pursue salary recovery through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and the Labour Courts. Our practice covers mainland and free zone employment across all Emirates, as well as KSA labour disputes under the Saudi Labour Law and Qiwa platform procedures. In road accident and work injury cases, we also pursue compensation claims against insurers regardless of whether the injured party holds a valid insurance policy.

What we cover

  • Salary disputes and unpaid wage recovery through MOHRE and Labour Courts
  • End-of-service gratuity calculation and enforcement
  • Wrongful termination claims and compensation
  • Travel ban removal, annual leave disputes, and repatriation

Our process

From consultation to resolution.

01

Case assessment

We review your employment contract, company records, and the applicable legal framework to determine your rights and the strength of your claim.

02

MOHRE complaint and mediation

Filing a formal complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources, attending mediation sessions, and pursuing an amicable resolution where possible.

03

Labour Court proceedings

If mediation fails, we escalate to the Labour Court with full documentation, witness evidence, and advocacy through judgment and enforcement.
